The best circumstance was in 2 areas where the rate stayed the same.  The rest got worse.  Keep in mind that this latest update is based on the comparison of about 8am Nov 19 to 8am Dec 03, so we just had barely started to see the case uptick from Thanksgiving (ie, only 2 out of the 14 days of spread, and those 2 days still having information coming in).  Next week's update should better identify the outcome as we'll have 9 out of the 14 days showing some evidence of the spread and better knowledge of those days.
