Just a quick review to see how each state is doing in comparison to how it was doing 2 weeks ago. First number is the last 7 days' average cases per 100,000 people per day. Second is the percent increase or decrease from June 26.
Sorry, I haven't included American Samoa, the information was not readily available.

35 of the states and territories are seeing double-digit percent increases over the course of 14 days... 8 have more than doubled the rate of infection in those 14 days. Only 9 are still working at reducing spread.
